SECOND AMENDMENT

TO THE ETF TRANSFER AGENT SERVICING AGREEMENT

THIS SECOND AMENDMENT, dated as of the 14^th day of February 2025 to the ETF Transfer Agent Servicing Agreement dated as of September 6, 2024 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between STONE RIDGE TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of each series listed on Exhibit A hereto (as amended from time to time) (the “Funds”), U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC d/b/a U.S. Bank Global Fund Services, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“Fund Services”) and STONE RIDGE ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (the “Adviser”), which is a party to the Agreement with respect to only Sections 5 and 7 of the Agreement.

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the parties have entered into the Agreement; and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend Exhibit A to the Agreement to reflect the Funds’ name changes; and

WHEREAS, Section 13 of the Agreement allows for its amendment by a written instrument executed by the parties; and

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby amend the Agreement as follows:

Exhibit A of the Agreement is amended and restated as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
